Over the past forty years, donors have given assistance to African countries with little results to show. Many reasons exist for the poor showing; FRESH will not tackle that discussion here. However, Governments in developing countries have learned that mainly the Expatriate staff, commodities, and fees absorb these funds from Donors. Their country actually receives less than one-fourth in direct funding. How can developing countries reverse this trend? One option is the establishment of a non-governmental organization service center (NGOSC).

Despite the proliferations of NGOs and the huge amount of donor funding, many less developed countries have shown little results in eradicating poverty, poor health and education opportunities.

NGOSC is an innovative, unique, and exciting new concept addressing the needs of local NGOs, and community based organizations (CBOs) to assistance their communities and countries.
